Where can I find my NNA Membership Certificate?
You can find your membership certificate by logging in to your NNA account. Click on 'Subscriptions' (on the right side at the bottom of the menu in the blue box), then click on your current membership. There you will find your certificate to download and save.
How do I log my CPD Activity?
You will need to update your NNA account with your CPD activity before your subscription expires. Click on CPDs (from your account page) then wave your mouse under the 'ID' and click. On the next page you will be able to add an activity. Please do this before you renew your membership as once your current membership has expired you will no longer be able to update your CPD activity for that year. A manual over-ride is possible - please request by email. The CPD scheme can be found under 'Resources' and this gives a breakdown of all the activities that may be logged as CPD.
I don't appear on the NNA Find a therapist page
You will need to login to your NNA account and go to 'Your Practice'. Complete the details and tick the box that you are happy for that information to appear in the public domain.
How do I pay for my membership or my renewal:-

I have just graduated and need to upgrade my membership from student level to associate or full.
Congratulations! Please login to your account and apply for your new level of membership. Do not renew (as your current membership is student or Associate). You'll need your diploma, insurance, character reference and ID. We will refund (pro rata) what is left of your student membership.
