YorkTest NEW Webinar Series - The Body’s Hidden Language

Published to Upcoming Events on May 28, 2026

This three-part webinar series, hosted by Caroline Gilmartin Principal of the Natural Healthcare College, will explore the fascinating world of constitutional and functional observation, guiding participants to recognise the subtle messages the body reveals through visible features. Each session focuses on a different area, the Eyes, Tongue, and Nails offering complementary perspectives on how to understand and support individual patterns of health, resilience, and balance.

The introductory session lays the foundation for the series by exploring Iridology, the observational study of the iris. Through examining patterns, colours and structures in the eye, participants will learn how constitutional tendencies and inherited strengths or weaknesses may be reflected in iris features. The session emphasises iridology as a preventative and educational tool, not a diagnostic method, to help recognise genetic and constitutional patterns that influence health and vitality. The webinar bridges ancient observational practice with modern holistic understanding, providing a basis for applying these insights in personalised lifestyle and nutrition approaches.

Participants can expect to learn how to:

  • Identify key iris features that indicate constitutional patterns
  • Recognise how inherited traits influence health tendencies and stress responses
  • Relate constitutional signs to digestive and detoxification capacity
  • Use iridology insights to inform practical lifestyle and nutrition choices
  • Relate constitutional patterns to practical recommendations in diet and lifestyle
