Arthritis and painful joints affect millions of people in the UK, leading to reduced mobility and a diminished quality of life.
This full day seminar will discuss the factors contributing to many forms of pain and discomfort in the musculoskeletal joints, including osteoarthritis, autoimmune arthritis, gout and painful joints related to perimenopause, medications and other factors.
The seminar will establish how best to identify the underlying causes of painful joints and will then focus on dietary, lifestyle and supplement interventions. As always, there will be plenty of lively discussion and interaction.
