Performance Nutritionist Ed Tooley, joins Clinical Immunologist Dr Nigel Abraham to deliver a superb combination of the science and research, together with practical case studies in relation to the application of food specific IgG testing in sport. 

Having worked with Premier League Football Teams, International Rugby Teams & Olympic Athletes - Ed has a over a decade of experience in elite sport. Ed specialises in strategic nutritional interventions to optimise health & performance and will share his practical experience of utilising food specific IgG testing and the impact that it has had upon the athletes with whom he has worked.
